Terms & Conditions

• 3 day minimum stay on all reservations
• Rates are quoted is US$ and do not include the 9% accommodation tax
• Rates are listed for 2 guests in the one bedroom condo and up to 4 guests in the two bedroom condo
• Additional guests add $15.00 per night per guest
• Maximum of 2 guests in the one bedroom condo and 4 guests in the two bedroom condo
• All bookings require a 50% deposit at time of reservation and full non-refundable payment 21 days prior to arrival
• Cancelation less than 21 days prior to arrival are subject to a 5% charge
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• NO smoking anywhere inside the building
• No stray animals allowed in the condo or on the property
