Terms & Conditions

3 day minimum stay on all reservations
Rates are quoted is US$ and do not include the 9% accommodation tax
Rates are listed for 2 guests in the one bedroom condo and up to 4 guests in the two bedroom condo
Additional guests add $15.00 per night per guest
Maximum of 2 guests in the one bedroom condo and 4 guests in the two bedroom condo
All bookings require a 50% deposit at time of reservation and full non-refundable payment 21 days prior to arrival
Cancelation less than 21 days prior to arrival are subject to a 5% charge
Rates are subject to change without notice
NO smoking anywhere inside the building
No stray animals allowed in the condo or on the property
